Keuka Gold is an early, medium-maturing, fresh market yellow flesh potato. This cultivar is fast emerging with a medium vine and white flower. Keuka Gold is very simular to the standard Yukon Gold but yields better, stores longer, has a tougher skin and is less susceptible to dry rot. Tubers are yellow fleshed, oval and smooth with a yellow skin color; eyes are shallow and well distributed; low specific gravity.
